Hey everyone, your opinion matters!! This is our yearly program planning session where we get to take the feedback and ideas, and channel those thoughts into shaping the coming year of events and activities. Come for the donuts, stay for the planning! Target Outcomes: - All Tuesdays WT Lesson Plans (review/tweak 2nd year from last session) - All Tuesdays Nav Trail Badge Plans - All Campout Dates and Locations (with an adult event planner as 'owner' for each) - Level Setting Roles and Responsibilities (RASCI matrix?) Agenda (6:30 - 8:00pm) - 5min (Connor): Intro and Wins from last year - 5min: Updated Org Chart & RASCI (Connor/Tom): Level set on leadership positions, roles and responsibilities - 5min: Youth Feedback Trends (Grayson): Prime everyone with feedback gathered from youth to better inform the rest of the session and decision making. - 20min: Campout Discussion (Don?, targeting 2nd weekend of each month, leverage membership land before considering state parks) - 40min: Breakout Groups (by program level: WT, Nav, Adv) - Nav/Adv focus on being more integrated/teaching dates with Woodlands, leading pre-meeting games and campout structure, etc. - 15min: Team Readouts/Review (1 rep from each, highlights from each group that others need to know, or any needs/blocks to ask for help in achieving goals, etc)

Come for food, fun competitions/activities for youth, and a time to join back together after summer. Visitors will have a chance to speak to existing families in the troop, understand what's involved, and get to know what Trail Life at Watermark is all about. Our partner American Heritage Girls troop will be having their Open House at the same time, so we'd love for you to invite friends and bring your whole family to check out both groups.
