- a) on 9/22 at the ‘Joining Award Event’ from 6:30pm to 8:15pm.
- b) at home with your family (workbooks & requirements for the Joining Award). Then meet with a Unit Leader to review what has been completed.

- For new Adults*: Complete background check forms (emails from InstaScreen) as well as the KEYS child safety training course (on AHGfamily.org under the ‘Equip’ tab in your profile). Completion of this process is REQUIRED to attend regular meetings as well as any daytrips/overnight events with your daughter(s) and to serve in troop leadership positions.
- The fall Fundraiser will start in September. If you choose to participate, Local Troop Dues of $100 per girl can be covered by meeting the requested sales level.
*All adult volunteers will need to have a background check, complete the KEYS child safety training, and be approved by the AHG Troop Charter Representative.
