Siblings (except for nursing infants) and unregistered adults are NOT permitted.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide mb-0 mt-0\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70)\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-0fb72d45 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-top:0;padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to earn a Badge:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/troopdallas.com\/ahg\/advancements\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1039\">(more detailed info)<\/a><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A girl must complete all of the requirements in the handbook for her Level plus:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 optional requirement for Tenderheart (TH)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 optional requirements for Explorer (EX)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 optional requirements for Pioneer (PI) or Patriot (PA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Badgework completed at unit meetings will be recorded by the Unit Leader or Advancement Chair. For requirements completed towards badges that the unit has started together, the girl should present that to the Unit Leader for review (in-person or via email).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paying full annual dues OR participating in the fundraiser at the minimum requested amount allows the troop to pay for all badges completed at troop meetings or at any other events attended as a troop (spring camporee, badge workshops, summer camp, etc).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Badges completed outside of troop time will be charged to the family at the current AHGstore price. She will need to fill out a <a href=\"https:\/\/troopdallas.com\/ahg\/badges\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"455\"><strong>&#8216;Badge Completion Form&#8217;<\/strong><\/a> and schedule a brief conversation with a troop leader for reviewing what she accomplished and learned; pictures are much appreciated for verification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to earn Service Stars:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hours per service star:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tenderheart &#8211; 5hrs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explorer &#8211; 10hrs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pioneer &#8211; 15hrs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patriot &#8211; 20hrs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service Hours completed at Troop Events will be logged into AHGfamily. Hours completed on your own will need to be logged <strong>by you<\/strong> into AHGfamily. From your daughter\u2019s profile page, click \u201cService\u201d tab, then under \u201cAdd Service Time\u201d at the bottom of the page, enter the applicable information. These hours will be reviewed and stars will be awarded as applicable. A unit leader or board member may contact you if they have questions about the service event. The Sports Pin is one of the few items that is transferred from Uniform Level to the next Uniform Level, provided the girl is still participating in the sport. <a href=\"https:\/\/troopdallas.com\/ahg\/badges\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"455\"><strong>&#8216;Sports Pin Completion Form&#8217;<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sports Pins are tracked in AHGfamily under the \u201cSports\u201d tab on a girl\u2019s profile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">How to earn a Faith Award&nbsp;(AHG\u2019s Faith Award Program Overview):<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Faith Award is required to earn the Level Award. Depending on your preference, your daughter can earn a B.Y. Faith Award or a Catholic award.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All troop-wide faith activities will align with our charter org, Watermark Community Church. Our troop typically offers at least one opportunity to earn faith awards each year (either a faith-related badge and\/or a special event).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Level Awards<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Faith Award is required to earn the Level Award. Depending on your preference, your daughter can earn a B.Y. Faith Award or a Catholic award. Each level has a level award associated with it. Instead, girls receive a special Pathfinder necklace and have the opportunity to earn beads for attending meetings, memorizing Bible verses, and completing activities to earn their Fanny Crosby Level Award.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They will also earn any special event patches based on participation, which they may attach to a tote bag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">When will my daughter receive badges, patches, etc.?<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We have two Awards Ceremonies per Program Year held traditionally in January and May.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please refer to the calendar on&nbsp;AHGfamily.
