These need to be filled out and signed by a physician, so take it to your regularly scheduled physical.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time-saving Tip: Filling these out digitally saves you from re-writing all the info that is in common, like home address and emergency contacts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/troopdallas.com\/ahg\/family-info\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"698\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Family Info Form<\/a> online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Read the <a href=\"https:\/\/troopdallas.com\/ahg\/policies\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1UcMEwXiFJCC2i4eEnwEBuOAWDNpm1uTf\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Troop Policies &amp; Orientation Packet<\/a> and fill out the acknowledgement\/agreement page online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Join the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/band.us\/n\/adab7eG6L9z7B\" target=\"_blank\">BAND app<\/a> to see parent communication threads for the troop and each unit as well as shared pictures\/albums.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order handbook\/uniform items via the <a href=\"https:\/\/troopdallas.com\/ahg\/uniform-order\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"411\">Group Order Form<\/a> OR at the <a href=\"https:\/\/store.americanheritagegirls.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AHG Store<\/a>.
